The Gardener
My friend Carol likes plants and flowers. A couple of summers ago she built a garden from old containers. She filled them with good fertile Missouri soil. Here are pictures of the plants she grew.

Pink Water Lillies
Carol created an aquatic water theme. She filled a blue plastic basin with Missouri water. This became the home for tropical fish. Tall plants and water lillies provided shade from the summer heat.
A Pink plant
An old bucket filled with soil became the perfect environment for this plant to thrive and contribute its beauty to the garden.
Shade
The tropical fish enjoying the shade provided by the water lillies provide.
A carpet of colour
carol's eye for colour created a colour scheme that promotes solitude, peace, relaxation and a gentle calmness in the garden.

Goodness
White has always symbolised purity, trust and honesty.
Royal Purple
I think the colour purple symbolises stability. This is a rich pleasing colour making you feel good to stand and stare.
Orange and Yellow
This was a lovely flower box to view. The orange and yellow reminded me of London and the peel of 'Bow Bells'. The tune is Oranges and Lemons.

Carol's Achivement
Carol has managed to create a peaceful and tranquil space to be at one with the world. The soft getal fragrances and the colours came together to make Carol's garden a place of happy solitude.

Beauty is in the eye of the Gardener.
